"How Did I Get Where I Am Today" Pt. 2 - Emerging Professionals Event

Ms. Cahill began her career with Chemical Bank, N.A. in New York, transitioning from traditional listed securities portfolio management to institutional private company investment banking with Alliance Capital. Prior to joining Windsor Capital,  Ms. Cahill was Senior Managing Director at CEA Group. She has worked on many cross border transactions throughout her career, having travelled to over 30 countries working for her clients. Ms. Cahill has been involved in several hundred transactions over her multi-decade banking career, spanning many industries.. Most recently, she has participated in transactions involving healthcare, energy, aerospace and defense, cyber security and infrastructure.

Stephen B. Stagg is Tampa Bay Market President for Beach Community Bank.  Prior to Beach, Steve was Commercial Bank Executive for the West Coast of Florida/Tampa Market Leader for Regions Bank.  Prior to Regions, he spent several years in commercial real estate, community banking, and investment banking. He is very active in the Tampa bay Community, with current or former Board roles with ZooTampa at Lowry Park, JDRF of Tampa Bay, Glazer Childrens’ Museum, Association for Corporate Growth (ACG) and others.

A Tampa native, Steve graduated from Jesuit High School in 1986, University of Florida in 1990.  He earned his MBA, with distinction, from University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School in 2000, where he was a Palmer Scholar. 

Steve and his wife, Micky, recently celebrated their 25^th wedding anniversary, Micky, and they have two daughters, Carly (23) and Samantha (20).
