Bruce Eatroff has over thirty years of private equity, private credit, fund investing, investment banking and operational experience through various senior roles including at Goldman Sachs, UBS, CIBC and BMO Capital Markets.

In 2000, Mr. Eatroff founded Halyard Capital, raising over $600 million, a U.S. lower middle-market private equity fund manager with sophisticated institutional investors including Goldman Sachs, Abbott Capital and Bank of Montreal.

Mr. Eatroff has a broad spectrum of private equity investing experience across technology enabled services industries including Human Capital Management, Digital and Direct Marketing and IT/Cybersecurity Services. He has in the past represented and currently represents Halyard on the board of directors of over a dozen portfolio companies. Mr. Eatroff has also overseen and helped integrate more than 40 add-on acquisitions for portfolio companies.

Mr. Eatroff started his career as an investment banker at Lehman Brothers in 1985. After business school, he then spent six years ending as a Vice President in investment banking and principal investing at Goldman Sachs. Mr. Eatroff then became a Managing Director at UBS, CIBC and later BMO Capital Markets where he was also US Head of Media & Communications Investment & Corporate Banking overseeing investment, corporate and merchant banking groups including oversight for a $3 billion loan portfolio. At Goldman Sachs, UBS, CIBC and BMO, Mr. Eatroff was on the principal / merchant banking investment teams making private equity investments, private credit investments and fund investments, in addition to investment banking activities.

Mr. Eatroff is a recognized thought leader in the alternative asset management industry having spoken at over 100 industry conferences. He is the Co-President of the Wharton Private Equity & Venture Capital Association and the former Chairman of the Lafayette College Leadership Council (2011 – 2015).

Mr. Eatroff received an MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and a BA with honors from Lafayette College.

Mr. Eatroff started as a personal investor and Senior Advisor prior to becoming a Managing Director and Investment Committee Member.

As Partner of HealthEdge, Matt is responsible for deal origination, managing transaction execution including structuring, due diligence, financing, and documentation, portfolio management and value creation, and fundraising and investor relations. In addition to serving as a Partner of the firm, Matt holds the roles of HealthEdge’s Director of Portfolio Management, where he works closely with the management and finance teams at the portfolio companies to execute on value creation initiatives, and the firm’s Chief Compliance Officer, overseeing regulatory reporting. Matt’s prior finance and operational experience in multiple executive roles allows him to add unique insights within the portfolio to help build more effective finance and operations teams, develop and oversee the implementation of financial, lender, and investor reporting, and drive synergies/growth through strategic initiatives. Before joining the firm, Matt served in CFO and COO roles for a variety of companies across healthcare, technology, business services, and private capital. Matt began his career with Kindred Healthcare, a Fortune 500 company in the long-term healthcare industry, which included a role as a hospital CFO in the Tampa Bay area. He currently serves on the board of directors for the ACG Tampa Bay chapter. Outside of work, Matt enjoys playing guitar and live music along with spending time with his wife Jamie and their children: Nate, Clara, Wesley, and Jeremy.

Kyle Madden

Kyle leads the firm’s business development efforts. He is primarily responsible for identifying investment opportunities, including initial financial, operating, and competitive analysis of businesses. He is a member of the KLH Investment Committee and serves on the board of directors for BMI Merchandise. Prior to joining KLH, Kyle was involved in a variety of brokerage-related capacities within the wealth management and insurance industry. An active member of the industry, he serves on the board of directors for the ACG Tampa Bay chapter, served on the board of directors of the M&A Source, and was previously the chairman of the Alliance of Merger & Acquisition Advisors (AM&AA). Kyle graduated from the University of Tampa’s John H. Sykes College of Business with a Bachelor of Science in Finance.

Bobby Wolfe

Mr. Wolfe is a Director in Houlihan Lokey’s Technology Group. His practice embraces all aspects of corporate finance, including mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, and the issuance of debt and equity capital. Mr. Wolfe is based in the firm’s Miami office. 

Mr. Wolfe has experience in more than $17 billion worth of transaction value and has garnered industry accolades, including multiple “Deal of the Year Awards” from the industry’s most discerning professional organizations for his dedication to client service and industry-defining transactions. 

Mr. Wolfe began his investment banking career with Morgan Stanley in Silicon Valley and later joined Houlihan Lokey from Raymond James & Associates. Outside of banking, he has guest lectured at various universities, is a dedicated mentor, passionate competitor, and retired Air Force officer with more than 2,300 total flying hours, including 189 combat hours into some of the most hostile airspaces and austere locations around the world.

Mr. Wolfe completed his undergraduate studies at the United States Air Force Academy and earned an M.A. from the University of Oklahoma and an MBA from Harvard Business School. While at Harvard Business School, he was honored to be a Morgan Stanley Fellow, Robert Toigo Fellow, Truman National Security Fellow, and an active officer in both the Latino Student Organization and Armed Forces Alumni Association.
