Stephanie D. Conners, is the president and CEO of BayCare Health System, the leading health care provider in West Central Florida. An experienced health care executive with over 30 years’ experience in healthcare, she is known for her inspiring leadership and commitment to clinical excellence, compassion, safety, service, and engagement. Her career began at the bedside as a nurse and progressed through patient services to Chief Nursing Officer. Conners then expanded her expertise to operations, serving as Chief Operating Officer for various health care systems in Pennsylvania and New Jersey before joining BayCare in August 2022. Under her leadership, BayCare has grown in its role as a key economic force in the region, including launching BayCare 2.0, a corporate restructuring that allows the not-for-profit health system to swiftly adapt in the evolving health care landscape to meet the specific health needs of its communities. In addition, Conners is leading the system to expand graduate medical education, invest in specialized clinical institutes, and advance innovation. She has cultivated a thriving culture among BayCare’s 33,000 team members that is focused on high-quality, compassionate care. Recently, BayCare was recognized as a Top Workplace in the USA by Energage and USA Today, and by Fortune Magazine as one of the Best Workplaces for Women, highlighting its inclusive culture.

Prior to founding Aberdeen Advisory, Emery earned his business and financial expertise as a banker, corporate advisor, and president of several companies. He rapidly rose through the ranks at Bank South, and later Merrill Lynch, before becoming an entrepreneur. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Washington and Lee University.

Almost as passionate as he is about helping people sell their business, Emery is also a strong believer in giving back to the community. He is an active member of Leadership Tampa Bay and serves on the Board of Directors of the St. Anthony’s Hospital Foundation and ACG Tampa Bay.
