Wendy Andrews-Fine

Aberdeen Advisors
President

Wendy transitioned into the M & A industry after Aberdeen Advisors successfully sold the $ 20M business services firm where she served as Executive Vice President. Having played an integral role from the decision to go to market, through to the closing of the transaction to a billion-dollar family office out of California, Wendy gained firsthand experience navigating the complexities of the entire sales process.

As a senior member of the Aberdeen team, Wendy is intricately involved with the Firm’s clients from the onset of engagement through to the closing and oftentimes, she remains involved through the initial integration, post-transaction. Committed to delivering a high-performance experience to each client, Wendy’s ability to connect ideal buyers with Aberdeen’s sell-side clients and expertly trudge through the extensive discovery and due diligence phases adds great value to our client’s journey.

Having successfully driven a multitude of transactions to completion over the past decade, Wendy leverages her 20+ years of professional marketing and business management experience to effectively guide Aberdeen’s clients through the many phases of the sales process while they are simultaneously running their businesses.  Wendy’s proven M & A track record spans multiple industries and multiple geographies.

Wendy holds a B.S. degree from Georgia Southern and a Master’s degree from the University of South Florida. She is also a member of the Association of Corporate Growth, Key Women’s Leadership Forum, Working Women of Tampa Bay, and Berkeley Preparatory Trailblazers. She is a member of the Girls Empowered Mentally for Success advisory committee, an organization committed to the growth and development of girls in the Tampa Bay community.
