Jesse leads RSM’s transaction advisory services practice in Tampa, FL, providing financial due diligence services to private equity investors and corporate acquirers.

Jesse has over 15 years of accounting and finance experience, including 9 years in financial due diligence services at RSM. Prior to joining RSM in 2015, Jesse oversaw the operations and finance functions at a Florida-based intellectual property law firm. Over his career, Jesse has led or assisted with over 125 financial due diligence projects in a variety of industries.

Greg Feldman

Greg Feldman is a Managing Director with Marshall & Stevens Incorporated and MS Capital. He is responsible for business development and client management.

Mr. Feldman joined Marshall & Stevens in 2010. He works with public and private companies and their trusted advisors to provide valuations of businesses, equity and debt instruments, intangible assets, machinery & equipment, and commercial real estate including cost segregation studies. Analyses are provided for buy/sell consideration, financial reporting, financing and recapitalization, tax planning and reporting, insurance placement and dispute resolution.

Prior to Marshall & Stevens, Mr. Feldman successfully served in business development and operational roles within a divers group of industries including Big 4 and other international accounting firms, retail, consumer products and printing.

Mr. Feldman earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Florida and received extensive training in Sales, Sales Management, Negotiation, Project Management and overall Business Development.

He is avtive on several boards including Bloomingdale Youth Sports Association and the Tampa Chapter of Association of Corporate Growth (ACG) serving as the Membership Committee Chair.

Kyle leads the firm’s business development efforts. He is primarily responsible for identifying investment opportunities, including initial financial, operating, and competitive analysis of businesses. He is a member of the KLH Investment Committee and serves on the board of directors for BMI Merchandise. Prior to joining KLH, Kyle was involved in a variety of brokerage-related capacities within the wealth management and insurance industry. An active member of the industry, he serves on the board of directors for the ACG Tampa Bay chapter, served on the board of directors of the M&A Source, and was previously the chairman of the Alliance of Merger & Acquisition Advisors (AM&AA). He graduated from the University of Tampa’s John H. Sykes College of Business with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance.

Chris is a Senior Wealth Strategist for Northern Trust in Tampa. Serving business owners and their families during an exit or considering one has been a passion of his for decades. As a member of their trusted advisory team, his role is to understand their most pressing financial challenges, collaborate with them on what worked and what hasn't, and provide a customized plan of action utilizing Northern Trust's full balance sheet wealth management solutions to provide financial peace of mind.

Prior to joining Northern Trust, Chris was a Principal, Senior Client Strategist at BNY Mellon Wealth Management for ten years serving and advising business owners, institutions, and ultra-high net worth families. He has also served in similar roles at Wachovia Wealth Management and JPMorgan and has been in the financial services industry for 25 years.

Chris is currently Board Chair of the American Cancer Society Tampa Bay, Board Chair and Trustee of the Rotary Club of Tampa Foundation, and Vice Chair of Tampa Bay Businesses for Culture and the Arts (TBBCA). He is also a member of the Rotary Club of Tampa, Association of Corporate Growth (ACG), and the Alliance of Mergers & Acquisitions Advisors (AM&AA).

Michael M. Mills Jr. is a partner in Holland & Knight's Tampa office. He practices in the areas of corporate law, securities, mergers and acquisitions and corporate governance. Mr. Mills advises clients on securities offerings, SEC periodic reporting, corporate governance, NYSE and NASDAQ regulations, mergers and acquisitions and other business and tax matters.

In the area of securities and capital markets, Mr. Mills has experience in advising clients on public and private securities offerings, SEC periodic reporting and proxy statements, Section 16 compliance, corporate governance and other business and tax matters.

Mr. Mills advises public companies, boards of directors, audit committees and special committees on disclosure, governance and compliance matters arising out of SEC rules and regulations, stock exchange rules (including corporate governance rules) and various corporate laws, including defending against shareholder activism and advising during proxy fights.

His experience in mergers and acquisitions extends to transactions involving both public and private companies, as well as matters involving applicable international and regulatory issues.
