Overview

Body

This event is sold-out.

A panel of experts will discuss the trigger events of why owners choose to sell their companies and who they call first.

What goes into the decision of business owners to sell their business? Whom do they consult, what are key personal and financial drivers, what does the process look like?

What are the chief hurdles that they face? What do they tend to dislike the most in the process? Are the same personal advisors involved at the beginning as well as the end? What would make the process smoother or more efficient? What preparation are they doing or should be doing? What are the services they need to position themselves for sale?
