Christina Chan is a corporate attorney with a focus on mergers and acquisitions, equity financings, and other significant business transactions. Christina focuses her M&A practice on three sectors: healthcare, such as hospital mergers and affiliations, private equity-backed management services organization (MSO) restructurings of medical groups, and ambulatory surgery joint ventures; digital health, representing health systems at the intersection of healthcare and technology and advising them on innovations to improve patient care and healthcare solutions; and technology, representing global tech companies. Christina works closely with industries and clients that value diversity in their businesses. Christina is on the Board of Seattle’s Association for Corporate Growth (ACG), and she is on the steering committee for ACG Makers, which facilitates connections between women leaders in the deal making community.

Terry Cook is managing principal of Parcion Private Wealth; an independent multi-family office that partners with business owners, entrepreneurs, and their families to optimize wealth events and beyond through smart planning, strong advocacy and prudent investment management. With nearly 30 years of experience, Terry has designed Parcion Private Wealth as the next step in helping his clients preserve the legacy they’ve built to support their families and communities. Prior to founding Parcion, Terry was a managing director and founder of the Cascade Group of UBS Private Wealth Management. Throughout his career, Terry has focused on providing advanced planning around cash flow modeling, wealth transfer goals, customized investment policies and guidance through major liquidity events. As a leader in the community, Terry serves on the national board for the Institute for Functional Medicine and is a board member and past board chair for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Puget Sound, ACG Seattle, and Ducks Unlimited Seattle Chapter.

Kevin Cox is a Partner in the Ares Private Equity Group focused on investments in the healthcare industry. He currently is involved with Ares’ investments in Unified Women’s Healthcare, Duly Health and Care, and US Heart and Vascular. Prior to Ares, Kevin worked at Audax Private Equity where he was actively involved in over 100 transactions and partnered closely with the management teams of 15 different portfolio companies to pursue transformative growth.

Adam Hagfors

Managing Partner & Chief Investment Officer

Adam Hagfors is the Managing Partner and Chief Investment Officer at Silverview Credit Partners, a firm specializing in providing debt solutions to both businesses and individuals seeking capital in the range of $10 million to $30 million. Before founding Silverview Credit Partners in 2015, Adam served as the Global Head of the Legacy Group and America's Head of the Non-Core and Legacy Group at UBS AG. In this role, he managed a global team responsible for overseeing a diverse array of fixed-income asset classes encompassing a $40 billion portfolio. Adam's leadership and expertise led him to participate in crucial committees within the UBS Group, including the UBS Group Americas Executive Committee, the UBS Group Americas Risk and Control Committee, and the UBS Investment Bank Americas Risk Committee. His impactful tenure with UBS spanned from 2009 to 2015. Prior to his role at UBS, Adam contributed his talents to financial institutions like JP Morgan and Bear Stearns, where he concentrated on structured credit and corporate credit investments.

Firdaus Pohowalla

Firdaus Pohowalla is a managing director at Cascadia Capital and leads coverage of Industrials with a focus on Logistics, Supply Chain Technology and Automation. He has spent over two decades as a strategic advisor to companies; first, as a strategy consultant and then 17 years on Wall Street with bulge bracket investment banks. As an investment banker, Firdaus focused on advisory and financings, including M&A, debt / equity private placements and distressed advisory. He has advised owners, entrepreneurs, management teams and boards, have served as a qualified expert witness and have led several multi-billion dollar loan and high-yield bond financings. Firdaus is frequently called upon by entrepreneurs, business owners and stakeholders to develop solutions to complex corporate problems, often when facing inflection point decisions in their business lifecycles. In his over 20-year career, Firdaus has worked across a wide array of industries with a focus on the intersection of industrials and technology. He is founding member of the Robotics, Automation & AI (RAAI) group with over 60 transactions with more than $90 billion in value completed.
