Scott is the Partner in Charge of Crowe LLP’s Private Equity Audit Practice. Scott leads relationships with various private equity groups across the country and serves numerous private equity portfolio companies. Scott specializes in mergers and acquisitions, revenue recognition, complex equity instruments, stock-based compensation, and leases. His responsibilities include setting firm wide private equity audit strategy and overseeing the delivery of audit services to private equity portfolio companies.

Scott takes a hands-on, responsive approach to client service. He prides himself on being a trusted business and accounting advisor to his clients.
