He is a managing director in the firm’s Los Angeles Mergers and Acquisitions practice, focusing on Aerospace, Defense and Industrials M&A and corporate finance mandates. He has completed a range of investment banking engagements including mergers, acquisitions, sales, divestitures, recapitalizations, leveraged buyouts, debt and equity financings, strategic alternative reviews and fairness and solvency opinions on behalf of private equity firms, public corporations and private company clients.
John C. Henberger, Jr - Henberger Group, President
John C. Henberger Jr. founded the Henberger Group in 2002 to assist owners of privately held mid-market businesses with transaction, exit planning, and business optimization services. He has extensive mid-market ownership and merger & acquisition experience in manufacturing, distribution, business services, high tech and the wine industry.
Jeremiah Mann - Intrepid Investment Bankers, Managing Director
Jeremiah has more than 15 years of experience originating, managing and executing M&A transactions. In addition to transaction responsibilities, he is a founding principal and active in management and development activities for the firm, including training and recruiting. Throughout his middle-market investment banking career, Jeremiah has executed transactions in a variety of industries and sectors, including manufacturing, distribution, business services, healthcare services and consumer products.

Channing Hamlet is a Managing Director at Objective Capital Partners, focused on leading the firm’s business valuation practice and transaction execution for its investment banking practice. Mr. Hamlet is a results-driven executive that has 20+ years of experience advising business owners on management issues, transaction execution and business valuation. His experience ranges from working with early stage companies on relatively simple stock option valuation assignments up to IPO stage companies with complex capitalization tables and significant scrutiny from Big 4 accounting firms and the SEC.
