The topic is “How to Plan For and Structure A Sale of Your Company”
It will be held at Procopio’s Del Mar Heights office (12544 High Bluff Drive, San Diego, CA)
from 11:30am-1:00pm. on Tuesday, June 23.

Please join us for a dynamic discussion regarding the various issues relating to the successful planning and structuring of the sale of a business, including tax, financial and legal issues. Business Roundtables are candid, relatively unstructured discussions, where participants can listen, share ideas, and ask questions in a small group setting. There will be 2 break out discussions facilitated by experienced accountants and attorneys to make the Roundtable open and informative with ideas shared by the active participants.
 
The 2 breakout sessions will merge into one for the last 15 minutes to share lessons learned.
