Please join us for a dynamic discussion regarding the various issues relating to the successful conducting of financial, legal, business and related due diligence is a financing or sale transaction.  Business Roundtables are candid, relatively unstructured discussions, where participants can listen, share ideas, and ask questions in
a small group setting.  There will be 2 break out discussions facilitated by an experienced investment banker, capital provider, accountant and attorney to make the Roundtable open and informative with ideas shared by the active participants.
 
The 2 breakout sessions will merge into one for the last 15 minutes to share lessons learned.
