Jennifer is a seasoned lawyer, entrepreneur, and policy advocate with a proven track record of building and scaling successful businesses. As the founder of New Leaf Biofuel, she achieved $100 million in revenue by securing strategic investments and optimizing operations while also championing renewable energy policies. She spent time in Sacramento and on Capitol Hill lobbying for renewable fuels legislation and testified before Congress, Leveraging her deep understanding of small business and artificial intelligence, Jennifer is now helping law firms stay competitive, optimize operations, and drive growth in the rapidly evolving legal landscape by implementing innovative AI solutions.

Anna Crowe is founder and CEO of Crowe PR, a recognized public relations and marketing expert, best-selling author, and speaker. Anna has spent over 20 years working with iconic global brands, pivoting from a Big 4 CPA track to scaling and leading a national public relations agency. In addition to spearheading Crowe and empowering people to unlock their true potential through authenticity, Anna is president elect – and first female president – of the San Diego Chapter of the Entrepreneurs Organization and is a marketing faculty at University of San Diego’s Knauss School of Business. Her focus on ROI, culture, and strategic tactics to grow businesses has led to notable recognitions, including CEO of the Year, Best Places to Work, Inc. 5000, Women Who Mean Business and more. She is fulfilled when she positively impacts another human being, grows as an individual and a leader, travels the world with her family, and catches a coastal sunset, with a glass of Pinot Noir.

Min Egidio is a passionate entrepreneur with a diverse business portfolio, currently owning AlphaGraphics and All Time Awards. Her journey in the business world began seven years ago, and she has since expanded her ventures through strategic acquisitions. Min's experience with her first SBA 7(a) loan taught her valuable lessons in negotiation and the magic of finding mutually beneficial solutions in business deals.

Beyond her professional life, Min is an avid athlete, channeling her competitive spirit, grit, and perseverance into both her business endeavors and personal life. She is also a devoted wife and mother of two young daughters, aged 6 and 8, balancing her entrepreneurial drive with family life. Her purpose is to create opportunities, make an impact, and connect with people along the way.

Cindy joined the San Diego offices of Aldrich Wealth in 2024 as a Senior Wealth Manager. Decades prior, her career in finance began at a CPA ‘Big Four’ firm. However, her passion for investments led her into the role of a Portfolio Manager with a top tier Wall Street firm.

Cindy works diligently with business owners, corporate executives, and high-net-worth families to gain a holistic comprehension of their portfolios. Her customized investment strategies are dictated by her client’s financial goals. In conjunction with her team, she specializes in portfolio management, taxation mitigation, estates & trust management, and business sale strategies (M&A).

Cindy is a recipient of the San Diego Business Journal’s 2020 Women in Finance award, has received Baron’s Top Private Wealth Management Team award, and has been recognized as a Top Wealth Manager in Texas for three consecutive years beginning in 2012. She is a Board member and executive committee director with the Association for Corporate Growth (ACG), which focuses on driving middle-market growth. Her other activities include being a member of the executive committee for the San Diego Estate Planning Council and a seven-year member of Provisors, a premier national networking organization exclusively for trusted advisors. She earned an Honor Bachelor of Arts from Western University (London, Canada) and a master’s in accounting from the University of Southern California. Her other accreditations include Certified Divorce Financial Analyst (CDFA), Certified Charitable Trust Advisor (CCTA), Series 7 & 66.

Outside of work, she enjoys playing chauffeur to her daughter, hosting gatherings for family and friends, and has traveled to 62 countries.
