Nicole, who offers more than 15 years of a strong HR general background, also co-founded a small start-up CPG company which has added invaluable balance to her business acumen. Being accountable for all aspects of business, she is well positioned to see the human capital management component from every department's perspective. As Consulting Director, HR Services at PBO Advisory Group, Nicole works closely with the leadership teams, allowing her to progressively align HR within any organization.

Building teams and partnerships to execute forward-thinking initiatives, analyze potential issues and create solutions is where she loves to perform. Prior to working at PBO, Nicole has worked in a variety of industries including manufacturing, logistics, CPG, executive placement, and a private label brokerage firm. As a results-oriented Human Resources leader, her experience puts an emphasis on building strong corporate culture, strategic planning, training/development, employee relations, risk management, and organizational design.

An experienced entrepreneur, CEO and technology leader, Brett holds a wealth of experience in software development, integration, project delivery, consulting and executive leadership. Brett has held senior-level positions in both engineering and executive roles at leading technology companies, and also has certifications in several programming frameworks.

In 2002 Brett founded the award-winning software consulting firm Fairway Technologies with the simple goal of providing reliable, high-quality and friendly software development services. As CEO, his team successfully delivered hundreds of enterprise projects for Fortune 500 clients in a wide array of industries, from internet, hospitality, high-tech, finance, banking, public and private education, healthcare, biotech, manufacturing, retail, robotics and telecommunications. Fairway grew every year since inception and has been industry-ranked among the best places to work in San Diego for 10 consecutive years.

In 2019 Fairway was acquired by Accenture to augment their Product and Platform Engineering Services practice, where Brett brought his passion for building world class software teams.

Brett has also served on the board and selection committee for technology industry non-profit EvoNexus, an organization which oversees the EvoNexus accelerator/incubator with over $2B in raised capital and outcomes.

Evee Walker is a Managing Director at Shoreline Partners, providing marketing and advisory services for capital raise and sell-side clients in addition to new business development. Before this, Evee was the Senior Vice President of Operations for Succession Link, a fintech M&A platform supporting over 61,000 financial service professionals looking to buy, sell, or merge their businesses. She has extensive experience identifying and pairing compatible businesses for a more feasible transition.
