Jeremy R. Holland is a Managing Partner at The Riverside Company, leading the Origination team across the various funds/strategies in North America. Jeremy joined the Riverside in 2010, when they recruited him to switch from executing deals to focusing on originating new investment opportunities in the Western US & Canada.  He has 25 years of private equity experience, across a range of industries and throughout the capital structure.  He began his private equity career with Buttonwood Capital Group immediately after completing his undergraduate studies.  Jeremy earned a B.S. degree in Finance from California State University Northridge.

Eliot Peters is a Managing Director with RA Capital and brings over 20 years of experience advising clients. He leads the firm’s cross-border practice and oversees relationships with corresponding firms in Europe, Asia, India, Australia and the Americas.

Mr. Peters has considerable expertise in the design and execution of successful processes for sales, mergers and recapitalizations of founder-led or privately-held businesses. He is a frequent speaker on various topics involving unique considerations for privately-held businesses including evaluating all alternatives, effectively preparing for a transaction, understanding institutional due diligence, valuation considerations, transaction structuring and taxation, and transaction readiness. In total, Mr. Peters has completed over $4.5 billion in transactions.

Paul helps entrepreneurs and their investors get companies formed, funded and sold, including initial formation of corporations and LLCs, negotiation of seed, early and mid-stage equity financings and buy and sell-side mergers and acquisitions. He is also adept at venture capital investments, public and private securities offering and compliance and general business counseling. Paul has also counseled some of San Diego’s most successful companies in Securities and Exchange Commission compliance and general corporate governance.
