Steve Serna represents real estate development companies, financial institutions, investors, and commercial lessors and tenants in all aspects of the acquisition, development and finance of real estate assets. His experience includes negotiating joint venture agreements, purchase agreements, loan agreements, development agreements, hotel management agreements, property management agreements, brokerage agreements and franchise agreements. Steve leads Procopio’s Real Estate Strategic Joint Ventures team.

Shawn Lorentzen, JLL, Managing Director, San Diego Tenant Representation Office Head

 Shawn Lorentzen, Managing Director, leads the Tenant Representation division for the San Diego JLL office. 
His clients have included a wide range of companies from local businesses to Fortune 500 corporations. Shawn's areas of expertise include Lease Renewals, Lease Restructures, Relocations, Disposition Services, Acquisitions, Construction Management and Financial & Strategic Consulting. He has completed over $1 billion in sales and lease consideration totaling more than 10 million square feet of transactions.

Tim Olson, JLL, Market Lead, San Diego Agency Leasing

Tim Olson is the Market Lead for JLL San Diego. With more than 16 years of commercial real estate experience, Tim's clients include real estate institute trusts, institutional and private owners of real estate, large and small corporations, and start-up companies. His responsibilities include leading the agency leasing and tenant rep teams, overseeing the coordination of JLL's local business lines, and the operations and strategy of the office. Tim is also an active broker specializing in representing building owners and tenants with the leasing of office, life science, and R&D space throughout central San Diego. Tim has been involved in over 550 transactions totaling 11.5 million square feet with a value exceeding $1.9 Billion.

Aldon Cole, JLL, Senior Managing Director, San Diego Capital Markets Office Head

 Aldon Cole is a Senior Managing Director and Head of the San Diego office of JLL Capital Markets, Americas. Aldon is also part of the National Leadership Team. He joined JLL as part of the HFF acquisition and has more than 20 years of experience in commercial finance. He is primarily responsible for originating debt and equity transactions throughout the Western United States and is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the firm’s San Diego office. Aldon has originated more than $10.6 billion in transactions over the course of his career.
