How will new legislation affect you personally and in business? During this training, participants will better understand the following:
- Potential implications of the reduced corporate income tax rate, change to the net operating loss rules, and elimination of the corporate alternative minimum tax
- New pass-through deduction available to certain business owners of pass-through entities
- Changes to the structure of international tax rules and implications for those operating abroad
- How Oregon is responding to the federal changes along with other hot topics in State and Local Tax
- Changes to the individual tax laws and how these changes might impact you
- Real world examples we are seeing with our client base to highlight how these changes impact after-tax cash flow.
