Stephen is also past Co-founder & CFO of Ensequence, and has spent 10+ years in investment banking as VP at Bank of America and Wells Fargo.

Oxford and Cambridge educated Stephen Lile is a serial CXO and board member with 20+ Years starting, running and growing disruptive companies. Mr. Lile’s professional focus has been in media and media technology sectors, with a general overall passion for start-up enterprises.
tephen is currently the founding CFO/Executive Director for Perfect Company, the leading connect-kitchen platform company that is disrupting consumer and kitchens on a global scale and has been featured on Good Morning America, Steve Harvey Show, Rachel Ray, Dr. Oz, The View, The Talk and the DIY Network.
Mr. Liles past professional tours of duty include:
- Co-Founder CFO, Director of Ensequence, Inc., Emmy award winning and currently the world's leading interactive television company. Led four successful up-rounds from foundation to over 70 million
- Co-Founder, President, Director of Origin/Shiftwise, US largest online medial supplemental staffing company. Led A round investment, and assisted through follow-on financing to 7M+ capitalization. Company sold for 40M in 2013.
- Executive Producer for PBS National Broadcast, over 80+ hours of national broadcast programming
- Independent Producer, the movie…After, Worldwide Premier Selection, AFI Film Festival, member the American Film Institute
- Oregon Governors Innovation in Film Media Award winner by Governor Ted Kulongowski
- Participant in Oregon’s Asian Economic Summit with Governor of Oregon to China
- Over the past 20 years, Mr. Lile has served an advisor or board member to several companies and/or municipalities including: Perfect Company, Phylos Bioscience, Shiftwise, Ensequence, Will Vinton Productions, Blue Like Jazz film production, The Shack film production, Hollywood Entertainment, Sequent Computers, the Heinz Corporation, and multiple Oregon cities, counties and school districts
- 10 years+ in investment banking, private banking and wealth management, also serving as Vice President Senior Investment Specialist at Bank of America, before leaving the banking world for start-up.
- 10 years Commissioned Officer US Army/US Army Reserves
