Maria Allshouse

Maria S Allshouse LLC
Founder and CEO

In 2017, at age 50, Maria Allshouse faced a pivotal moment when she was downsized from a 23-year corporate career in marketing and branding. Rather than being defeated, she seized the opportunity to embark on an entrepreneurial journey, driven by a desire to help others who, like her, had battled disordered eating and chronic dieting. Her extraordinary transformation, shedding 130 pounds and conquering a lifetime of struggles, is nothing short of inspiring. With warmth and humility, Maria shares her story of moving from barely surviving to thriving as an award-winning fitness athlete, Olympic triathlete, corporate leader, community champion, and two-time recipient of the Woman of the Year and excellence in Health and Fitness awards. Her journey is a powerful testament to resilience and reinvention, proving that it’s never too late to transform your life and make a lasting impact.

Maria holds a bachelor's degree in business and communication and is a Precision Nutrition Certified Master Health Coach and Keynote Speaker. She is also a Certified Master Trainer for the University of Pittsburgh Diabetes Prevention Program. As a National Speakers Association and Women’s Speakers Association member, Maria has delivered inspiring presentations to diverse audiences. Her topics include "Resilience Reimagined: Rising Stronger Through Grace Over Guilt™," "Stop Pressing the Pause Button," and "6 Steps to a Healthier, Fitter, Wiser New You."

Maria's mission is to inspire profound positive change in both individuals and corporate cultures. She empowers leaders and individuals to unlock their full potential and lead healthy, purposeful, and fulfilling lives. Through her holistic deep health approach, Maria offers transformative programs that foster personal growth and enhance well-being. In her personal time, Maria enjoys connecting with nature exploring the many trails of Pittsburgh, and spending time with her granddaughter doing what she loves most, being a GaGa.
