The Relentless Pursuit of a Better Way - Growth & Governance in a Private Company

We invite you to join us and the NACD Three Rivers Chapter on April 3 for an exclusive fireside chat moderated by Nina Faber with John Burke, the visionary owner of Armada Sunset Holdings (ASH). In this intimate session, John will share the compelling story behind ASH's founding, delve into the strategic nuances of managing a private board, and discuss the pivotal moments that have fueled the company's remarkable growth.

This is a story of exceptional achievement. With $5.7B in revenue, 25 locations, and a workforce of nearly 1,000 employees, ASH is consistently ranked as one of Pittsburgh’s largest private companies. As a leader in supply chain management, ASH, along with its operating companies—Armada Supply Chain Solutions, Sunset Transportation, and ATEC Logistics—serves the largest restaurant brands in the Western Hemisphere.

Don't miss this rare opportunity to hear firsthand from a seasoned business leader about the strategies that drive sustained growth, governance excellence, and transformative success in today’s competitive landscape.
