Sharon Daley is an Operating Partner in Portfolio Operations, involved in assisting Blackstone’s portfolio companies with C-suite leadership assessment, coaching and development in addition to organization effectiveness, senior executive staffing, talent management, Board development and human resources practices.
Before joining Blackstone in 2018, Sharon spent 34 years with GE, progressing through a variety of senior Human Resource roles across the businesses comprising its Industrial portfolio. In addition, Sharon worked at GE’s corporate headquarters focused on senior leadership development and succession. Sharon gained significant global experience in mergers and acquisitions during the last decade of her tenure with GE and was named VP-HR and Cultural Integration for the GE-Alstom acquisition in 2014, the largest industrial acquisition in GE’s history. Sharon was an early champion of the GE Women’s Network and served on its advisory board for many years.
Sharon graduated from Rutgers University and is also a graduate of GE’s Human Resources Leadership Program.
