Jerry Luebbers

As the leader of Plante Moran’s healthcare private equity team, Jerry primarily advises private equity firms investing in healthcare, manufacturing and distribution, and general business services. His expertise includes providing financial due diligence assistance and support through quality of earnings analyses.  Since starting with the firm in 2008, Jerry’s greatest accomplishment is his ability to continually develop and adapt to the ever-changing clients and industries Plante Moran serves as well as the emerging accounting and financial reporting standards. He enjoys developing meaningful relationships with clients, potential clients, colleagues, and staff — and believes that’s part of why the healthcare team is successful. What attracted him to this career is the ability to work with talented and driven professionals, client service, and a challenging work environment. 

Outside of the office, Jerry is often requested to speak to professional organizations, such as ACG New York, on healthcare M&A activity. He is a member of the AICPA, the Ohio Society of CPAs, and ACG. Jerry received a B.S. in accounting from Mount St. Joseph University.
