Heather Viets is a partner in Weil’s Banking & Finance practice and is based in New York. Heather’s experience includes advising financial institutions and issuers in connection with banking and securities transactions, including acquisition financings, first and second lien credit facilities, bridge loan facilities, mezzanine financings, high yield debt offerings, initial public offerings, restructurings and reorganizations.
