Arun Prasad

Arun Prasad is a Managing Director at Moelis & Company, where he specializes in advising clients across the healthcare services industry. Mr. Prasad has over 16 years of investment banking experience and has executed numerous corporate finance transactions including M&A, leveraged buyouts, recapitalizations, and other equity and debt transactions. Prior to joining Moelis & Company, was an investment banker at both Citigroup and UBS Investment Bank in their respective healthcare investment banking groups. Mr. Prasad holds a B.S. in Finance and Economics from Boston College, where he was a member of the Honors Programs in both the Carroll School of Management and College of Arts and Sciences.
