Anne-Marie Peterson

Anne-Marie Peterson is the Head of Baird's Global Debt Advisory Group. Her career encompasses more than 15 years of corporate finance and advisory experience. In 2017, Anne-Marie joined Baird from KeyBanc Capital Markets where she served as a Managing Director in the leveraged finance group, advising middle market financial sponsors on new LBO financings, refinancings and sell-side financings.

Earlier in her career, Anne-Marie worked at Credit Suisse Securities in the financial sponsors group where she executed more than 50 transactions with a market value of nearly $50B. She also held other investment banking roles at Lehman Brothers, Deutsche Bank and Bear Stearns. Anne-Marie received her bachelor’s degree from Trinity College and her MBA from Columbia Business School at Columbia University.
