Andy Colbert

Andrew Colbert is a Senior Managing Direct at Ziegler and leads the physician services vertical.  He joined Ziegler in 2006 as a founding member of Ziegler’s Healthcare Investment Banking practice. He specializes in advising physician practices on mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, joint ventures and partnership development.

Andrew has completed over 50 physician services transactions totaling over $5 billion in value across a wide spectrum of sectors including; primary care, radiology, orthopedics, virtual care, gastro, women’s health, urology, emergency medicine, anesthesia, hospitalist and many other innovative/risk-based models.
