OVERVIEW: This program will explore unexpected situations that
can derail what appears to be a seemingly perfect transaction. Even though we are experiencing a record amount of M&A activity for 2015 this doesn’t mitigate the risk factors that may affect a successful transaction.
The following are sample discussion points that will be explored as we gain better insight given current market dynamics:
