Hans joined Trivest in 2019 as a Vice President in its Portfolio Support group, helping to drive value creation for portfolio companies by leveraging Trivest’s Path to 3x strategies. He brings with him extensive finance and global operations expertise honed across multiple roles within Miami-based Restaurant Brands International, Inc., the parent company of Burger King, Tim Hortons and Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen. He received an MBA from Northwestern University and a BS/MS in Industrial Engineering from the University of Miami.

Gopi is a Telecom industry veteran with transactional and operational leadership roles across North America, Europe, and Asia. With 20+ years in M&A, capital raising and acquisition integrations, he has led multiple roll-up investment strategies in the Telecom, Media & Technology (TMT) sectors, including as Principal of a publicly traded acquisition vehicle (AMEX: GHN). He scaled a European wholesale telecom carrier nationally, through a combination of public-private partnerships, acquisitions, and organic growth and has also been a Managing Director to Tetrad McCourt Investors, a telecom infrastructure investment vehicle, anchored by a telecom pioneer and Berkshire Hathaway affiliate. Gopi holds a Pd Dip. (Finance) from St Hugh’s College, Oxford, an MBA from the Tuck School of Business, Dartmouth, and an MS in Computer Science from Syracuse University.
