3rd Annual Independent Sponsor Luncheon
A Good Investment, Terrific Management but No Capital? No Problem!
Wednesday, April 1, 2015
11:30am - 2:00pm
What makes independent sponsors attractive to capital partners and other investors? First, it's the exposure to deals that may not be apparent to the general investment community. Second, independent sponsors can offer operational and/or industry expertise that many investors, established private equity firms or otherwise, find very attractive.
Our annual luncheon will bring an experienced perspective to the attractiveness and pitfalls of the independent sponsor private equity model!
