Ronak is the Managing Partner of QuadPoint Partners, an investment firm focused on partnering with privately-held healthcare businesses to drive growth. QuadPoint takes an active approach to investing, working alongside management teams to drive key financial, operational, and strategic objectives. Prior to founding QuadPoint, Ronak spent his career in private equity at Brightstar Capital Partners, Lindsay Goldberg, and Blackstone. 

Ronak holds a B.S. in Economics with Summa Cum Laude honors from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. Ronak is an active member of the New York chapter of the Milken Institute. In his free time, Ronak can be found scuba diving with his wife or cheering on the New York Knicks.

Dyana is a Vice President on the team and responsible for business development and investor relations. Dyana is based in our New York office, even though she is a Philly native who bleeds green (is there any other kind?). She joins us from Milestone Partners, where she served as a business development associate. Prior to Milestone, Dyana held positions at both Your Outsourced CFO and Susquehanna International Group. She holds a BS in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from Drexel University.

Dyana is an avid boater and skilled fisherwoman, making her a perfect match for a firm that has a grouper as a logo. (Actually, we hope John Stewart doesn’t get jealous of her 23-footer “Rebel Scum”.) Even though Dyana works with us in BD and IR capacities, she could very well be on our operations team—if you’re planning a trip to Disney World, be sure to ask her for her many spreadsheets that model the optimal and most efficient means of navigating the park, which for some reason she visits 4x a year…

Mr. Remmel is a Director at Aterian Investment Partners and leads the firm’s Business Development efforts. Previously, Mr. Remmel was a member of the investment team at Aterian, assisting in the due diligence, underwriting and portfolio management activities of the firm. Prior to joining Aterian, Mr. Remmel was an investment professional at Torque Capital Group, a middle-market private equity firm. Mr. Remmel began his career at Wells Fargo Securities as an analyst in the Technology, Media & Telecom Investment Banking group.

Mr. Remmel graduated Cum Laude from Washington and Lee University where he received a B.S. in Business Administration. Mr. Remmel is a former concert cellist, college Rugby player, and enthusiastic hockey fan (watching).

Matt has over 12 years of business valuation experience, including valuation of numerous ownerships interests in closely held businesses and intangible assets for a wide variety of purposes. His experiences include management planning, gift and estate tax, healthcare compliance, financial reporting (ASC 350, 360, 718, and 805), employee stock ownership plans, and acquisition/sale advisement, among others. Matt has performed business valuation services for a wide variety of industries, including healthcare, manufacturing, distribution, retail, technology, transportation, and real estate. He holds a bachelor of arts in finance from Michigan State University and the Accredited Senior Appraiser (ASA) designation from the American Society of Appraisers.
