• Leadership 20 is the leadership development program for emerging leaders within ACG Denver’s professional business community.
• Leadership 20 participants experience valuable business content and develop meaningful professional connections.
• Only 20 people are selected for each intimate and exclusive Leadership 20 peer group.
• Graduates of Leadership 20 join a highly engaged alumni network with participants from the past 10+ years.

Leadership 20 is a seven-session leadership development course that takes place in the fall of each year. Each session is interactive, fun and practice-based. You will be able to immediately apply what you learn in the session to everyday business situations. The course work sets the context for effective leadership behavior through experiential-based learning that has practical application of the learned skills.

Equally as important is the formation of a peer group of Leadership 20 colleagues that will become a hub of your professional networks for years to come. Now in its 18th year, Leadership 20 has a highly engaged alumni group.  Not only do you develop a network with your cohort, but additionally have immediate access to the nexus of all Leadership 20 graduates. Many of our graduates go on to serve as chapter committee leaders and Advisory Board members.

The ACG Denver Leadership 20 2024-2025 Program runs from September 2024 through April 2025.  There are a total of eight (8) class sessions that meet once a month. Graduation from the program will take place at the last session.  

Registration fee:  $2,250 per student.  

Nominations for 2024-2025 is closed. 

Nominations for the 2025-2026 cohort will launch in May 2025.
