Bryan Gadol

Bryan S. Gadol is the head of the California Corporate, M&A and Private Equity practice and a partner in Holland & Knight's Orange County and Century City offices. Mr. Gadol guides clients at all stages of the corporate life cycle in connection with mergers and acquisitions, private equity, securities transactions, reorganizations and other corporate matters.

Mr. Gadol is a trusted advisor to companies, private equity funds, family offices and other investors across a wide variety of sectors, including technology, consumer products, beauty, medical device and manufacturing.

Bryan holds a Bachelor of Arts in Law & Society from University of California, Santa Barbara and a J.D., cum laude, from Chapman University Fowler School of Law. He currently serves on the American Bar Association (ABA), Mergers and Acquisitions Committee, and Private Equity and Venture Capital Committee, and is a regular speaker and author on a variety of M&A and private equity topics.
