Francis Tran (MODERATOR)

Mr. Francis Tran provides mergers & acquisitions advisory services to large-cap OEMs, Tier 1s, A&D-focused private equity firms, and owners of closely held private companies.  Over the last decade at Lincoln, he has played a critical role in growing the firm's global A&D practice into one of the most active private market advisory practices in the world, with over 30 closed A&D deals over the past two years. His extensive expertise spans several sub-sectors, including but not limited to, advanced materials, engineered products and systems, defense electronics, MRO / aftermarket services and precision components, among others. Mr. Tran holds a Master of Business Administration from the UCLA Anderson School of Management and dual Bachelor degrees from the University of California, Berkeley.
