Shalini Bala Subramaniam

Ms. Bala Subramaniam joined Clearlake in 2018 to co-heads Clearlake’s business development efforts and focuses primarily on fostering relationships with key deal intermediaries, sourcing new platform investments, and assisting portfolio companies with add-on acquisitions. Prior to joining Clearlake, she was a Managing Director at Deutsche Bank Securities Inc., where she worked in the Financial Sponsors Group for over eleven years focused on leveraged buyouts, financings, IPOs, and M&A advisory transactions. Prior to Deutsche Bank, Ms. Bala Subramaniam was an Analyst at Banc of America Securities, focusing on equity and equity-linked transactions in the real estate and technology sectors. Before that, she was an Analyst in the Financial Sponsors Group. Ms. Bala Subramaniam graduated with a B.A. in Economics with a minor in Business Administration from the University of California, Berkeley.
