Mark joined Endeavour in 1998. Since that time, he has worked with companies in a broad range of industries including healthcare, niche manufacturing, business services, and food and consumer. Mark currently serves on the boards of  Arizona Nutritional Supplements, Nordic Cold Chain Solutions, Apex Dental Partners, and Andavi Solutions.

Prior to Endeavour, Mark was a Partner at Green Manning & Bunch, a Denver-based investment banking firm. Prior to GMB, Mark worked in the investment banking groups at Boettcher & Company (now Wells Fargo) in Denver and Morgan Stanley in New York.

Tao heads the Labor and Employment practice in our California offices and handles all aspects of California and federal employment law. Whether it's counseling clients regarding constantly changing employment laws, conducting internal investigations and training, or advising on M&A transactions, Tao helps employers of all sizes navigate California's particularly rigid employment laws. Tao has also successfully represented employers in labor and employment litigation, including wage-and-hour class actions, discrimination, wrongful termination, retaliation, harassment, misappropriation of trade secrets, and breach of contract matters.

Prior to joining the firm, Tao was a labor and employment associate at another international law firm. He also has experience working as an in-house trial counsel at a Fortune 500 company.

Michael Mitchel is the Managing Director of OC National Search, a boutique search firm serving clients ranging from startups, middle market to Global F10 companies. Michael is passionate about search; Hogan Assessment Certified, CTI Fundamental Coaching, behavioral interview trained and completed the Advanced Program in Executive Search from the ILR School at Cornell. 

He is also the host of CXO Conversations, a podcast that interviews C suite executives on how they became one, and shares their advice to those who wish to become one.

Michael is the ACG Denver Luncheon Series Program Chair.
