ACG Charlotte is excited to a host a panel that will highlight private equity investing in sustainability and building companies with business models that deliver real ESG results. Northstar Recycling (“Northstar”) is a founder-led, asset-light provider of sustainability-oriented managed waste and recycling solutions to leading food, consumer packaged goods, and other industrial clients. Northstar partnered with Ridgemont Equity Partners through a growth-focused investment in 2021. The panel will discuss Northstar specifically and address broader topics including growth strategies, trends in sustainability-related M&A, debt financing, and investor relations.
