We look forward to a very special session of the Forward Networking Series open to all. Join us for an evening focused on the often-elusive element of successful DE&I efforts – INCLUSION. We will tap into the DEI expertise of Michael Baran, Chief Executive Officer at Iris Inclusion who can speak with authority on SAE (subtle acts of exclusion) and John Stewart Founder and Managing Partner of MiddleGround Capital who will share his experience with MiddleGround’s DEI efforts on Inclusion. John continues to break ground in the middle market regarding his approach to human capital and culture. The conversation will highlight ways we can all take a part in enhancing DEI efforts, specifically inclusion, within our workplaces.
