Chris R. Celtruda

Chris Celtruda is the Chief Executive Officer of Valence Surface Technologies, an ATL Partners portfolio company focused on the deployment of metal finishing technologies for the commercial aviation, defense, space and medical markets. He also serves on the board for GEOST, an ATL Partners portfolio company specializing in electro-optic payloads for space domain national security missions. Mr. Celtruda is concurrently engaged as the Managing Principal of Destiny Equity Partners, a firm he founded to provide merger and acquisition advisory services and to co-invest in private equity growth projects.

Previously, he served as the Chief Executive Officer of Kellstrom Defense Holdings and was responsible for the formation and sale of a portfolio of defense aftermarket distribution, engineered product and aircraft maintenance businesses. Mr. Celtruda has over 30 years of leadership experience, with roles at General Dynamics, Honeywell, CIRCOR International and Gardner Denver, managing complex businesses in the aerospace, defense, and industrial markets.
