Elaine focuses on representing clients in privacy and data security matters, including litigating claims involving privacy issues, helping clients manage emerging risks and conduct privacy risk assessments, and advising on regulatory and compliance issues. She been involved in numerous trials as well as arbitration proceedings related to contract and general business disputes, trade secret matters, complex unfair competition and business practice claims, and professional liability. Elaine has earned the ANSI-accredited Certified Information Privacy Professional/United States (CIPP/US) and the Certified Information Privacy Manager (CIPM) credentials through the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP). She is the co-leader of the Privacy and Cybersecurity practice and the firm’s Privacy Officer.

He is a fast-achieving executive that began his career as a Software Engineer and has grown to be an international business leader that is highly sought after to provide strategic counsel on product development, technology selection, software architecture, technical diligence, customer experience, and other areas central to business success. Dominic has personally architected and led development efforts on numerous enterprise systems, including production systems in the Navy, Air Force, and Intelligence Community. Previously, he worked for Lockheed Martin where he created and became the division head of Lockheed's next generation skunkworks organization, which was responsible for delivering $1 Billion in revenue annually. He has grown multiple small businesses and startups to tens of millions in revenue with his business and technology strategies. Dominic currently serves as the CEO of harpoon Corp; a product for setting up production environments to deploy your software in only a few minutes with no code.

Charles Renert is Principal Security Advisor for ICE Cybersecurity, with more than 25 years of experience leading and advising cybersecurity engineering and research teams at global technology companies such as Symantec, Forcepoint and Viasat. He was co-founder of Determina (acquired by VMWare) and is a member of the San Diego CISO Round Table. Renert has a bachelor's degree in mathematics from UCLA and a master's degree in computer science from UCSD.
