Exhibitors can make meetings at their tables with ALL exhibitors, sponsors, and general attendees.
General Conference Cancellation Policy: Substitutions are acceptable in advance and at the door. For a refund of general attendee/exhibitor fees, cancellations must be received in writing via email by 9 PM EST on Friday, September 15th (email acgflorida@acg.org). Cancellations eligible for a refund are subject to a $100 processing fee. After September 15th, substitutions only, please.
