Jim Lilly

Jim Lilly has over 30 years of investment banking and private equity investing experience focused on the healthcare industry. In these roles, he has completed a wide range of M&A, capital raising, and other strategic advisory assignments for a wide variety of healthcare services, health IT, and pharma services companies.

Before joining England & Company, Mr. Lilly was a Senior Managing Director and Co-Head of SI Capital, a $3 billion single family office. Mr. Lilly also served as Head of Healthcare Investment Banking at each of Cowen and Company, and Jefferies, and as a Managing Director in the healthcare groups of KeyBanc Capital Markets/Cain Brothers, Merrill Lynch, and Piper Jaffray.

Mr. Lilly earned his BA from Hobart College and his MBA from the Amos Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College.
