Tim is President, Treasurer, and Administrator of Select, providing administrative oversight, financial management, strategic planning, sales and marketing strategy, and all internal regulatory compliance. Prior to starting Select, Tim was the Director of Rehabilitation for a Sheridan, Indiana-based skilled nursing facility.

Prior to entering the health field through earning a Masters Degree in Occupational Therapy, Tim was co- owner of a residential real estate construction company he grew to approximately 30 employees. Prior to this, Tim served in the United States Marine Corp from 1991 through 1996. Tim received his Masters Degree in Occupational Therapy from Indiana University. 

Mr. Frazer is a Managing Director of Periculum Capital Company. He focuses on merger and acquisition advisory, capital formation, and merchant banking for the technology, business services and other industries. Mr. Frazer is the firm’s Chief Compliance Officer and leads the financial analyst recruitment and development program.

Before joining Periculum in 2015, Mr. Frazer was a Senior Manager with Amazon.com in Seattle, Washington. He worked in finance, business unit mergers and acquisitions, post-acquisition integration, strategy, and product management with Amazon’s Kindle organization and the Amazon Local Register team.

Prior to Amazon, Mr. Frazer founded Lombard Capital, a strategic advisory and merchant banking firm. He led the acquisition of a business services firm and also served as an interim executive in several business services companies.

Mr. Frazer was also a Vice President with the Indianapolis-based private equity firm, Hammond, Kennedy, Whitney & Company (“HKW”). While at HKW, he made platform investments and oversaw portfolio companies in the manufacturing, distribution, and business services industries.

Mr. Frazer earned a MBA/JD from the Indiana University (Bloomington) Kelley School of Business and School of Law. Five years earlier he earned a BS in Computer Information Systems from the Kelley School.
