As we prepare to see you at JW Turnberry, below is some important information to assist in your planning!

Don’t FORGET all of our “exhibitors” receive 2 attendees with your table registration, and any additional from your firm are only $595 – PLEASE check the list of attendees and let us know of you would like to add anyone – NOW is the time to do it so they can be added to the scheduling app the week of October 7th.  You will have 7-10 days to make meetings with other exhibitors and our sponsors, and then we will add ALL general attendees.

Everyone listed under your firm name on the attendee list will be ADDED to your table in the scheduling software – PLEASE let us know if anyone DOES not want to be added and would prefer to “roam free”.

TABLE #s will be assigned in alphabetical order by PEG/IB and will show up in the scheduling software as such – (i.e., IB1 1858 Capital Partners, PE1 AIC Industrial, etc)

One of the highlights for our general attendees is the ACG Florida Capital Connection Cocktail Party, this year themed “Viva La Fiesta – A Latin Extravaganza” (formerly our “Wine Tasting Capital Connection”) from 4:00 to 6:00 pm on Thursday, 11/14.  After a long day of pre-scheduled meetings, this is a great opportunity for YOU to meet and network with those you don’t have pre-scheduled meetings set up with, ALL while enjoying cocktails and appetizers.  During this time, to make the most of the investment you made as an exhibitor, please have at least ONE person from your firm at your table.

Important Information for your 2024 Florida ACG Capital Connection® PE/IB Exhibit Table

  • We will be setting up the Exhibit Hall in the Majestic Ballroom on Wednesday evening, 11/13, beginning at 5:00 pm.  You should be able to set up your tables on Thursday,11/14 beginning at 7:00 am and begin hosting meetings at approximately 8:00 am on Thursday, 11/14.  Tear-down will be Friday, 11/15 by 2:00 pm.  This gives you the opportunity to host as many meetings as you would like, with other exhibitors and general attendees, via the ACG Scheduling Software or outside of the software.
  • Our goal is to have ACG Access, the scheduling software, available to Exhibitors and Sponsors ONLY the week of October 7th, giving you time to fill your schedules.  We will then add general attendees 7 days later.  Remember, not everyone uses the software, so feel free to use the attendee list to reach out as well.
  • Each exhibiting firm will be provided with a 6’ x 30” table (for logoed tablecloths, collateral, gadgets, premium items, raffle items etc.).  and a small round table with chairs behind your 6’ table.  This allows you to bring additional people from your firm to help with your meetings.  Signage with your company name will be provided by ACG Florida above your table (see photos).
  • Items for your table should be sent to JW Marriott Miami Turnberry for arrival no earlier than Friday, 11/8 and no later than Tuesday, 11/12  OR you can bring with you.  The following information must be included on all packages to ensure proper delivery:

    • ACG Florida is not responsible for any items lost or damaged.  All packages should be insured at the appropriate value.

      Return Shipping

  • Packages shipped out may be assessed a handling fee per box, in addition to the actual shipping cost.  Be sure to bring a return label.
