A Message from the ACG Arizona Chapter President

Dear Friend of ACG Arizona:

ACG Arizona is gearing up to provide some exceptional virtual content in the second quarter of 2021.   And, with the rapid vaccination rollout, I’m excited to announce that we are preparing to resume in-person events in the third quarter of this year!  I know that many of you, like me, have been anxiously awaiting for this day to come.  It’s an exciting time for us as we are starting to see an end to the pandemic and a return to in-person networking events. 

Our virtual event schedule for the third quarter includes:

• Our ACG Arizona Young Dealmakers “M&A 101” Lunch and Learn series on April 1. 
• Our Women Empowering Women event in partnership with ACG Los Angeles and ACG Dallas-Fort Worth on April 7, featuring Heidi Jannenga of WebPT.
• Our M&A/Private Equity panel discussion on April 14.
• And Dan Boncel, CFO of limelight networks in May.

Additionally, depending on pandemic conditions, we are tentatively planning an in-person members-only welcome back reception in the month of June — stay tuned for details!  Some of our smaller affinity groups, such as Young Dealmakers and Women in Business and Leadership, may schedule in-person events in the coming weeks as well.

ACG Arizona’s schedule for the second half of 2021 will include a broad variety of in-person events and programming, including the following:

• August 2021: ACG Summer Social, date and location TBA
• September 14, 2021: “Celebration of Leadership” breakfast at the newly renovated Arizona Biltmore Resort & Spa
• October 2021: “A Taste of Private Equity”, date and location TBA
• November 16, 2021: ACG Arizona Breakfast event at the Arizona Biltmore
• December 7, 2021: ACG Arizona Holiday Social at the Arizona Biltmore
• January 18, 2022: Economic Forecast Breakfast at the Arizona Biltmore
• February 8, 2022: ACG Arizona Breakfast event at the Arizona Biltmore
• March 2022: ACG Spring Social, date and location TBD
• April 12, 2022: ACG Arizona Private Equity Panel Breakfast at the Arizona Biltmore
• May 10, 2022: ACG Arizona Growth Awards reception at the Arizona Biltmore

We are looking forward to hosting in-person events again soon — and there’s never been a better time to join ACG Arizona and reconnect with the Valley’s deal-making community.
