CEASAR (Corporate Executives Austin/San Antonio Roundtable) is an invitation-only Roundtable and Network Series exclusively for ACG and invited C-Suite and Business Owners of Growth-Oriented Companies in the Austin/San Antonio area.

We're excited to have Rhonda Parouty, President of Empowering a Billion Women (EBW) and EBW Distributors (a division of EBW2020) as our CEASAR Roundtable speaker on March 2nd from 12Noon-1:15PM. Rhonda's topic is: "Living a Life of Extravagance: Bridging your leadership and networking to elevate your connections."

As a global operations executive, Rhonda brings a record of success and expertise focused on creating, building and when needed, redefining capabilities for companies operating at the highest levels of business—for startups and midsize companies as well.

As the President EBW and EBW Distributors, she spends most of her time on strategy and building outcomes that help all people, with a focus on empowering women. She is passionate about creating programs and a marketplace that enable opportunity for women globally.

Prior to joining EBW, Rhonda was the COO at Asure Software and a strategic advisor working with SaaS technology companies empowering industry-disrupting artificial intelligence. She has also held executive roles within Hewlett Packard, Brandmuscle, and Trivie.

In addition, Rhonda held a board seat at Bizworld.org and was the Austin Managing Director of Upward Women.

CEASAR offers the rare opportunity to engage with a community of like-minded executives who share in the challenges and opportunities of growing companies in the uncertainty and upheaval revolving around the COVID-19 and other events.

Our monthly Roundtables include a lightning round introduction and a short presentation featuring a CEO or C-Suiter discussing best practices, rising industry challenges, or other relevant topic. Questions and discussion follow, and if time allows, a breakout session rounds out the meeting.

Prior to joining EBW, Rhonda was the COO at Asure Software and a strategic advisor working with SaaS technology companies empowering industry-disrupting artificial intelligence.

In addition, Rhonda held executive roles within Hewlett Packard, Brandmuscle, and Trivie. As a certified facilitator, she ran leadership development conferences that trained senior managers to executives in 18 countries. Rhonda held a board seat at Bizworld.org and was the Austin Managing Director of Upward Women.
