Andrew Limes

Andy Limes has his Series 24, 62, 63 and 79 securities licenses and has over 25 years of experience in strategic and transactional analysis and advisory services. As a Principal at SDR Ventures, Andy works closely with clients executing mergers and acquisitions, securing equity and debt financing, implementing strategic initiatives aimed at maximizing shareholder value and generational transfers of family held businesses.

Prior to forming SDR, Andy was the President and a partner in a transport refrigeration company, growing from its Colorado base to cover Colorado, New Mexico, Arizona, Las Vegas, Nevada and San Diego, California.

Andy is a former member of YPO & WPO and is currently a C12 member. He also sits on the nonprofit boards of Denver Seminary and Mission Hills Church.

Andy is a CPA (inactive) and started his career in the tax practice of Deloitte & Touche. He is a graduate of the University of Colorado.

Andy is from Oklahoma but has made his home in Denver since 1981. He spends much of his time with his wife, three daughters and their families. He is an avid golfer and actively involved at Mission Hills Church where he is an Elder.
