Join ACG Arizona for a new series of events designed to educate and inform about the M&A marketplace. Our “M&A 101” series will bring together experts from across the industry to provide an overview on the key topics that drive deal flow and shape the overall market. Austin Potenza, a partner at May Potenza Baran & Gillespie will host the fifth event of the series on March 4th at 11:30 a.m. MST.  Potenza will be joined by Taylor Gustafson of May, Potenza, Baran & Gillespie and Madison Cavanagh-Mailloux of Columbia West Capital to discuss types of buyers and related complexities.
