ACG Arizona Names New President-Elect, Elects 3 New Board Members

Christopher Rogers of Jennings Strouss Salmon to Become President in 2022

           PHOENIX (February 2, 2021) — The Association for Corporate Growth-Arizona Chapter has selected its President-Elect for 2022-23 and voted in three new members to its Board of Directors.

 

            ACG Arizona, which brings together professionals in the mergers and acquisitions industry, has selected Christopher Rogers, a Member at the firm Jennings Strouss Salmon, as President for the 2022-23 term. Rogers’ practice focuses on corporate, securities, mergers and acquisitions, real estate finance, and all kinds of business transactions.  He regularly represents investors and companies as they prepare for and effect securities offerings and other finance and capital transactions as well as advising them through ordinary course legal issues.  He is Chair of the State Bar of Arizona’s Business Law Section and Chair-Elect of its Securities Regulation Section.

 

            Additionally, the ACG Arizona Board of Directors recently voted to add three new directors to its ranks:

           

            • Ashley Gleckler, an attorney at Polsinelli PC, an AmLaw 100 law firm. She was recently recognized as a 2021 “Ones to Watch” by Best Lawyers for Corporate Law and is currently an ACG Young Dealmakers member.

 

            • Norman Mendoza, a partner with Eide Bailly LLP. Mendoza provides extensive assurance expertise to privately-held businesses in a variety of industries including manufacturing, wholesale and distribution, construction, real estate, franchise and service-related industries.

 

            • Tim Kolstad, a Partner with Kotzin Valuation Partners, a valuation consulting firm.  Tim has 20 years of experience in business valuation and security analysis and has developed sophisticated enterprise and security-level valuation models for companies in a broad range of industries.

It will continue its Young Dealmaker and Women in Business and Leadership programs, holding a Women Empowering Women event with the LA and Dallas Chapters, and has launched an M&A 101 series for younger professionals. On February 16, the group will host its next major virtual event, featuring Patricia Chiodo, CFO of Verra Mobility.
