The honored companies and executives are:

  • DD Williamson and Company, Inc. (The Color House), and CEO Ted Nixon, for the acquisition of DuPont's Natural Colors business
  • Rabbit Hole Distillery and founder Kaveh Zamanian, for its affiliation/partnership with Paris-based spirits conglomerate Pernod Ricard
  • 3DR Labs, LLC and President David Ferguson, for its acquisition by Accumen Inc. and  its clinically focused services organization.

“We’re pleased to honor these amazing companies and their executives, who each found ways to grow and prosper,” said Matt Berrian, president of ACG Kentucky.

A judging committee comprised of M&A, capital markets and transaction professionals honored company deals based on community impact, the extent of transformative corporate changes and key metrics such as employment and financial impact, for transactions that occurred in calendar year 2019.
