Deal of the Year Over $50 Million in Revenue
Eligible nominations include a specific deal done in SE Michigan or where dealmakers are based in SE Michigan, including either buyer or seller, that closed in 2024. Factors considered most strongly in the judging are impact to the local M&A community, complexity and degree of difficulty and success.
Deal of the Year Under $50 Million in Revenue
Eligible nominations include a specific deal done in SE Michigan or where dealmakers are based in SE Michigan, including either buyer or seller, that closed in 2024. Factors considered most strongly in the judging are impact to the local M&A community, complexity and degree of difficulty and success.
Rising Star of the Year
Nominations for Rising Star should be for an individual, 35 years old or younger as of December 31, 2024, who is based in SE Michigan and has made a significant contribution to the local M&A community.
Investment Banker of the Year
Eligible nominees must be based in SE Michigan. Factors considered most strongly in the judging are impact to the local M&A community, body of work, complexity and success of their activities for 2024.
Advisor of the Year
Eligible nominees must be based in SE Michigan. Factors considered most strongly in the judging are impact to the local M&A community, body of work, complexity and success of their activities for 2024.
Dealmaker of the Year
Eligible nominations are for a Dealmaker based in Michigan including either buyer or seller, individual or firm. Factors considered most strongly in the judging are their contribution to the local M&A community, complexity and body of work for 2024.
