Today, we are proud to recognize Rob Dolan, a Principal at PNC Riverarch Capital, the equity buyout affiliate of PNC Bank. He is responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and executing LBO investments, as well as advising portfolio companies on strategy and value creating initiatives. Rob has over 12 years of private equity experience in a wide range of industries, including distribution, software, tech-enabled services, and niche manufacturing.

Rob is currently a board director of four PNC Riverarch Capital portfolio companies, including distributor and manufacturers in specialty chemicals, dental products, and cleaning and safety products. Rob, also, is a young professional board member of Junior Achievement of Western PA, and is an active supporter of the Women’s Center and Shelter of Greater Pittsburgh, the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, and the Pittsburgh Penguins Foundation.

Rob has been an actively engaged in the ACG Pittsburgh community for nearly 10 years, including 5 years on its Future Corporate Leadership Board, most recently as its Chairman. He has been focused on creating awareness and engagement among young professionals throughout the Pittsburgh area.

Besides working at PNC Riverarch Capital, being a board director, and being a part of the ACG community, Rob enjoys running, skiing, and wakeboarding and he can solve a Rubik’s Cube in under 3 minutes!
